The first out of a three products series. It all started with an inspiration from traditional Japanese Origami, combining Japanese minimalism, both in terms of materials and shape.

SHEET METAL TILES
The concept of the project is the growth process out of a new page, therefore the tiles portray folding pieces of paper. The project consists of nine tiles, that are presented together, eight of which are "used" and folded, while the ninth tile is smooth and portrays the new page.

KAMISU STOOL
The idea behind “KAMISU stool” is a paper-chair.
Taking a simple material, that mimics traditional Japanese origami, and applying it on sheet- metal, while maintaining a minimalistic design. Concealing physical connections, rounding corners, and keeping symmetry.
3 mm folded sheet metal, 25 mm birch wood.
